General

Copenhagen Bicycles ApS provides a subscription-based online service on www.repmybike.dk. The terms apply between the individual user and Copenhagen Bicycles ApS.

The terms and conditions are to use to apply for the agreements between Copenhagen Bicycles ApS and the customer (hereinafter “the User”) regarding the Subscription. Only persons who are 18 years of age or older and live in Denmark can enter into an agreement with Copenhagen Bicycles ApS regarding the Subscription.

The Terms constitute the agreement in force between the User and Copenhagen Bicycles ApS.

To access the Subscription, the User must read and accept the terms of trade.

Scope of the agreement

The subscription gives the customer access to Copenhagen Bicycles ApS’s services determined at the time of booking.

Access to the subscription

To access the Subscription, the user must register a user account on the portal.

Registration and access to registration

The user is responsible for ensuring that the specified information is correct at the time of registration. Upon registration, the user must only provide information regarding his own payment and credit cards.

Upon registration, the user must enter a name and password (hereafter “Login login details). The users  Login Information is personal and must not be used by others, unless the its a family subscription.

The user must keep the Login Information in a secure place in order to others cannot gain unauthorised access to it.

If the User is suspected of illegal use of the User’s Login Information, the User must immediately notify Copenhagen Bicycles ApS and change his password.

Fees and Payment

Fees for the subscription are paid in accordance with the informtion on the website.

Contract agreement  – Current month plus 1 month

The user must make the payment for the subscription via the means of payment offered by Copenhagen Bicycles ApS on the website. The user undertakes to sign the necessary documents and to have sufficient funds for payment available through the chosen means of payment at each date of payment.

Lost Bike

If a User loses a loan bike or a rented bike from Copenhagen Bicycles ApS, the User will be charged 1000 kroner. If the User loses three bikes within two years, Copenhagen Bicycles ApS has the right to stop the User’s subscription with immediate effect.
A lost key costs 250 DKK for replacement.

Which bikes are included?
We service so-called “regular bikes” as well as Cargo bikes. A “regular bike” is a bike you use everyday or commuter bike. Electric bikes are also included, but unfortunately we do not repair the electrical parts.

We do maintain cargo bikes too.

About the subscription

The subscription is associated with the individual bike. If the User has multiple bikes the User must have a subscription for each one.

Registration

The user can sign up once a year.

We reserve the right to choose the spare parts we use for each bike, and we also reserve the right to refuse repeated repairs to a bike if the bike needs a more complicated repair. Example: If the user’s bike punctures several times in a short time, it is because it needs new tires. The user receives a discount on the additional repair. If the User wants some very special spare parts, these can easily be used for a discount.

Fees to keep the bike in our stores

In order to provide as much physical space as possible for other people’s bikes, we charge you a fee to keep the User’s bike in the store from 24 hours after the end of the repair. The fee is DKK 25 per day.

Discount
In each subscription, the User receives a discount for repair and spare parts. The discount for repair applies only to the specific bike, while the discount for spare parts applies to all spare parts the user purchases.

Customization’s and changes

Copenhagen Bicycles ApS reserves the right to change the fee and other terms of the Subscription. The change must be notified to the User no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, the User is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day the change takes effect. If the User does not cancel the subscription before the change takes effect, it must be considered as acceptance of the change. Changes that are of obvious benefit to the User apply immediately without the right of termination of the User.

Subscription termination

Termination of the Subscription may take place at the end of the 1 month payment period from the last payment. In order to terminate his agreement, the User must take contact Copenhagen Bicycles ApS via kontakt@repmybike.dk

Payment

Copenhagen Bicycles ApS receives online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro. Payment will be deducted from your account immediately unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

Cancellation
Items purchased on the website does give the right for 14 days cancellation with the full return rights unless other are agreed or stated on your order.
The 14 days of cancellation starts on the day the order is ordered.

Any return costs you will incur.

If you like to make the cancellation it must be notified to us no later than 14 after delivery and be in our hands within 14 days of being informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
The cancellation must be given by email kontakt@repmybike.dk. The notice email should make it clear that you desire for the use of the right of the cancellation right.

If the subscription has already had started Copenhagen Bicycles ApS will decide when the termination will stop.

Warranty
A 2-year warranty is given on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaint about defects must be notified to Copenhagen Bicycles ApS in a reasonable time. Here is considered max. a month as a reasonable time.
The complaint is waived by improper or uncommon operation of the product.

Customer & Privacy

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer book. You can have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Copenhagen Bicycles ApS, we need the following information:
– Name.
– Address.
– Phone number.
– E-mail address
We make the registration of your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with Copenhagen Bicycles ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted.
When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and employees of Copenhagen Bicycles ApS have access to the information that is recorded about you.
